You may cancel your blank merchandise orders within 3 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter a 15% restocking charge will apply. 

Call or write within 7 days of receipt of defective merchandise for return instructions.  Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type minus the restocking fee. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

 

 

You may cancel your custom merchandise orders within 3 business days from its placement without charge.  Any cancellations made up to the final approval of the product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Cancellations can not be made once production starts. 

 

Decorated items cannot be accepted for return unless defective, damaged or incorrect items were shipped. Samples to verify color and sizing are available for inspection by customer prior to placing final order. Call or write within 7 days of receipt of defective merchandise for return instructions.

You may cancel your order within 3 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter cancellations will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.  You may change your order within 7 business days from its placement for no additional charge and within 8 to 14 business days from its placement for a $25 charge.  No changes are allowed after 14 business days from the placement of this order.
